NUN SPA CIRCUIT
Since 2000 years, this is a place devoted to the worship of water, where the ancient romans reminiscence still live within a magical environment. Within the frame of the six limestone pillars surrounding the pool, dating back to the first century AD, our guests can indulge in the circuit of 4 rooms with different temperatures and level of humidity: Tepidarium, Calidarium, Sudatorium and Frigidarium or discover the multi – massage pool, Jacuzzi and infusions’ selection.
Children are not admitted under 16 years. From 16 to 18 years, only accompanied by parents.
TEPIDARIUM
Temperature: 30-35° C
Humidity: 60-70%
Relaxing area before entering to the Calidarium and after the path.
CALIDARIUM
Duration: 10-15 minutes
Temperature: 40-45° C
Humidity: 85-95%
Frequency: 2/3 times
Access to the Calidarium is suggested after acclimating in the Tepidarium

Humidity: 45-55%

Access to the Sudatorium is suggested after the Calidarium

Access to the Frigidarium is suggested after the Sudatorium
